Just a quick update on the situation related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and our operations.
Our plants in Texas and Charlotte are still operating. We have taken precautions including additional cleaning and hygiene, as well as measures to reduce the number of people on site and increase our social distancing. We are still working on existing orders, and are able to ship and receive as normal.
The state of New Jersey is under a Shelter in Place decree, however we are still functioning fairly normally. Our sales and other administrative functions have been working remotely for over a week now and that seems to be going well. Our Service Technicians are still performing work on customer sites, our only restriction is that we are not flying at this time.
Our glass-lining and filter/dryer facilities in France have closed temporarily due to the situation there. Our other facilities in Europe, as well as our facilities in Asia and the rest of the world, are still functioning normally.
We recognize that a lot of companies rely on us to keep their facilities up and running, and many of these companies are making pharmaceuticals and other products that our country and the world urgently need right now.
