A field service meeting was held on February 25-26th in Springfield, New Jersey (near our headquarters in Mountainside). This was the first time we’ve had our entire group of service technicians together, along with supporting members of the Aftermarket and Service Teams. The meeting agenda included internal training on updated repair and maintenance procedures, a review of our new Code of Ethics policies, as well as other miscellaneous topics.
